Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a fundamental priority for Frutteto Italia Srl. That’s why we offer a simple, transparent, and free return policy.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery costs are: €6.90 for orders up to €20.90; Free for orders over €20.90.

The Seller will decide at their discretion which courier to use for shipping ordered goods to optimize delivery times and costs.

The courier is typically not required to deliver goods to upper floors, only to the recipient’s doorstep.

Shipments are not covered by insurance.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return one or more items purchased from our marketplace.

Return Costs

Returns are completely free. You won’t be charged any costs for returning the product.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us through our customer service, providing the order number and the product you wish to return.
2. We will send you within 24 hours a prepaid waybill.
3. Prepare the package with the unused product in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
4. Deliver the package to the courier specified on the waybill.

Processing Timeline

Once we receive the return at our warehouses, we will process it within 2 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• Returns of damaged or used products, or those without original packaging will not be accepted, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.
